PHARMACOLOGY
A.)PHARMACODYNAMICS: Acebrophylline inhibits intracellular phosphodiesterase associated significantly reduce airway inflammation and obstruction in chronic stages. Acebrophylline increases the synthesis and release of alveolar surfactant, resulting in triple action: mucoregulation, stimulation of bronchoalveolar clearance, and anti-inflammatory-interactive effect.
